Welcome to SnoopShop. By purchasing any product from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

SnoopShop is an independent digital marketplace that sells digital accounts.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Products

All products sold are digital products.
All accounts are individually assigned to the customer.
Delivery is automatic through SellAuth.
Products are delivered shortly after successful payment.

3. Warranty

All accounts include a 1-hour warranty starting from the moment of delivery.

The warranty only covers:

Accounts that are invalid upon delivery.
Incorrect credentials.
Accounts that cannot be accessed due to our error.

If the issue is verified within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement account.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Password changes made by the customer.
Security changes performed by the customer.
Account misuse.
Violations of the service provider's Terms of Service.
Suspensions or bans caused by customer actions.
Problems reported after the warranty period has expired.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not provided once a product has been delivered.

If a product is defective upon delivery and the issue is reported within the warranty period, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Use products only for lawful purposes.
Not use purchased accounts for fraud or illegal activities.
Report any delivery issues within the warranty period.

7. Right to Refuse Service

SnoopShop reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders involving:

Fraud
Payment abuse
Chargeback attempts
Illegal activities
Abuse of our support system

8. Third-Party Services

SnoopShop is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any company whose services may be accessed through the accounts sold, including but not limited to Netflix, Spotify, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, or any other trademark owner.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Provider Decisions

Accounts may stop functioning due to actions taken by the original service provider, including security updates, policy changes, or account restrictions.

Once the warranty period has expired, these events do not qualify for a replacement or refund.

10. Payments

We currently accept payments in Litecoin (LTC).

Payments are considered final once the product has been delivered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
